As Acquco continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a Chief of Staff reporting to both the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical activities including strategic planning, business operations, identifying & measuring key metrics, internal communications, and managing cross-functional projects. You will also represent either the CEO or CSO in their absence as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to set the strategic direction and operational priorities of Acquco and the Executive Team
  • Direct and manage a broad range of projects to help ensure organizational effectiveness in alignment with strategic priorities
  • Manage business rhythms such as recurrent leadership meetings and governance processes on behalf of the CEO and CSO and drive meeting preparedness
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, CSO and leaders across the company; providing a problem solver mindset to help connect work streams and address challenges within the organization
  • Wear multiple hats, managing a variety of projects and tasks at any given time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Act as a communications partner, supporting internal and external communications between the CEO, the Executive Team and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Management Consulting, Project Management or Corporate Strategy experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • Prior experience working in a high-growth startup preferred
  • Expert project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical rigor with quantitative capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; previous experience with board & executive communications a plus
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to speak up and share opinions

The Growth team at Acquco is responsible for defining the acquisition strategy and building a strong leads pipeline. The Content and Social Media Manager role is a full time position that sits within a successful Growth team and reports into the Head of Marketing. A successful candidate needs to have a proven track record of developing and writing content and building engagement within various social media platforms.

Duties And Responsibilities

    • Blog content: Ideate, research and write content for our blog and articles. Collaborating with various teams across Acquco to create educational and promotional content.
    • Sales Collateral : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, sales and marketing collateral, white papers, and various other deliverables.
    • Social Media: Oversee, plan and execute social media content and strategy in accordance with company goals across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Paid Social: Work with existing agencies to implement ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and Google.
    • Branding: Develop copy and editorial guidelines, ensuring content across all forms of media is consistent in brand voice, style and tone.

Basic Qualifications
