ABOUT THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB

The Account Executive will perform the following job duties:

  • Perform Discovery Meetings with qualified prospects
  • Educate qualified prospects about marketing fundamentals, lead generation, HubSpot and inbound marketing
  • Educate qualified prospects about Hot Dog Marketing and our processes, teams and results
  • Create sales material as needed to support the role
  • Assist the Business Development Manager and the Sales Assistant in qualifying prospects when additional clarity is needed
  • Create Sales Presentations and Present them to Prospects
  • After a new deal closes, perform Business Overview interviews and create client briefs to be handed over to the team
  • Assist the assigned Client Success Manager during the first 90 days to make sure the account is headed down the right track
  • Educate the team, as needed, to the business and industry specifics related to the new account to ensure a warm and effective hand off
  • Keep all information, documentation, notes and updates in HubSpot CRM
  • Record all activity and keep deals and prospect information up-to-date in HubSpot CRM
  • Report weekly sales activity to the CEO
  • Report a sales forecast to CEO, Managing Director and CFO
  • Perform duties as assigned

Position Details:

The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, direct-placement position. The role currently works a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Customer Service Representative will work both remotely and in the office – giving you the best of both worlds!

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Associate’s primary function is to assist with all company logistics related to customer service.  Our ideal candidate will understand the flow of inventory in regards to shipping and receiving, reviewing case schedules daily to plan in advance for inventory needs.  The Customer Service Associate is the focal point for all orders and returns of products.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager as required to manage departmental requirements related to giving exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Manage Customer Service “In-Box” for all external/internal orders and business inquiries; process all requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operate software to generate inventory requests and process customer orders.
  • Maintain close communications with Operations as needed for directives on shipments.
  • Replenish consumed materials to the field as required, with a review of fed-ex schedule and expenses.
  • Maintain excellent communication with representatives and customers regarding pricing and shipment confirmations.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate billing of customers.
  • Issue and manage return authorizations, assisting customers with returns.
  • Reviewing customer pricing contracts as needed to ensure accuracy of invoicing.
  • Assisting with distributor case tickets and purchase orders as needed.

Job Requirements:

Experience/Education:

  • Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is required; more is preferred
  • Some experience in inventory control and/or invoicing is a plus
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing field preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn software systems used in house
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be very detail-oriented and be able to work with daily deadlines
  • Must have basic knowledge of billing/invoicing issues

Working Conditions/Hours:

  • This full-time role may be required to work hours in addition to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Paralegal. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and revising documents for commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as assisting with property acquisition and development and entity formation. You’ll have administrative support duties such as answering phones, maintaining and updating legal and development files, scheduling client meetings, and helping the Senior Paralegal in maintaining attorneys’ business and personal calendar.

This is a new position being added to the legal team. If you have specific experience supporting a legal team, that’s great. But even if you don’t, you’ll be trained, so please apply if you think this job is for you.

To be successful in the role, you need to be a highly engaged, smart, and conscientious professional who excels at working in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Under supervision of the Senior Paralegal, drafting Warranty Deeds, Releases, Partial, Commercial Closing Standard Documents, Company Resolutions, Deed of Trusts, Promissory Notes, as well as creating client invoices and other documents as requested
  • Understanding and taking ownership of assigned projects, and being responsible for monitoring and meeting all deadlines
  • Identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing information to move client files and projects forward; with Senior Paralegal oversight, assessing underlying issues and implications; and highlighting potential issues for the attorneys
  • Contacting courts, offices, and agency personnel as required to obtain information needed for client, file, and project work
  • Maintaining client matters in Clio (invoicing and file maintenance system); preparing invoices for clients and doc prep requests; and applying retainers and payments to invoices
  • Attending occasional evening meetings/events

Qualifications

  • Paralegal Certification (or 3 years legal document preparation experience) is preferred
  • Real estate and/or title industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with research resources and e-filing
  • Must have superior organizational skills, be detail oriented and thorough, and be able to prioritize, multi- task, and work well under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be professional and polite and have a positive customer-centric attitude
