Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage performance across a territory of Boost Mobile stores. They are working and consulting with retail store owners on their business and ensuring compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory.  Manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams.  Building relationships throughout the territory with external partners, internal teams,s and vendor partners to help drive performance.  The primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores.

Day-to-day job responsibilities

  • Visit retail store locations and provide coaching, training via role plays, and side-by-side selling with sales representatives.
  • Inspecting and driving marketing campaigns at retail stores
  • Making daily calls to stores to help drive performance
  • Receiving calls as the first point of contact to help resolve customer escalations
  • Maintaining and driving accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory
  • Using local knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new retail points of distribution
  • Communication with store owners driving their business sales performance
  • Implementing plans to exceed sales quota across the territory
  • Maintaining an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment.  Be available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours.  Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.  Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives.  Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to work well individually and as a team member.

Specific qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, complete driver’s safety training, and comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
  • Four years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Three years of training, relationship development, planning or business management
  • One year selling wireless products or services
  • Contract or vendor relationship experience

Salary Range

Compensation: $50,000.00/Year – $60,000.00/Year
Benefits
Potential Total Compensation, Commission Plus Base: $70,000 – $80,000

This position has commission potential of an additional $20,000 above annual base salary for hitting performance goals

High-level job responsibilities:

Manage a team of Account Executives and drive performance within a portfolio of Boost Mobile stores.  Build and maintain a strong winning culture that focuses on sales and people first.  Building relationships throughout a territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance.  Secondary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores including escalated issues.  Managing targets for new retail points of distribution.  Working with Regional Sales Manager and Director to ensure regional strategies are executed effectively.

Day-to-day job responsibilities

  • Create daily, weekly and monthly plans to prioritize key initiatives for the field sales team
  • Conduct consistent weekly ride-alongs with Account Executives to retail store locations and provide coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness
  • Collaborate with local dealer partners and direct distribution partners to strategically add new points of distribution within each market
  • Create and facilitate business reviews with dealer partners to review metrics and implement plans for performance improvement
  • Monitor Account Executive store visitation strategy and compliance to ensure that brand and performance standards are met
  • Work with Local Marketing Manager to plan and execute on grand opening, holiday and traffic driving events, as well as ensuring social media is used effectively at retail stores throughout the territory
  • Generate and implement plans for each Account Executive and market to exceed sales quota
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge for all Boost products and services
  • Gather competitive and customer impacting information and effectively escalate to Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director

High-level qualifications:

Proven experience managing a field sales team.  Display confidence having high level strategy conversations with business owners.  Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment.  Consult and provide solutions when called upon by team or partners. Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.  Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions.

Position Summary:

Looking for outgoing, personable, and motivated individuals that can exceed sales goals by offering wireless solutions to new and existing customers in order to maximize revenue potential.

Responsible for all aspects of a Boost Mobile retail store. Provide a total sales solution to our customers for any of their wireless/mobility needs, including selling the value of Boost Mobile’s devices, accessories, service plans and add-ons. Responsible for driving sales results and meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, as well as providing an unmatched customer experience.
