We’re looking for a seasoned customer-focused, results-driven Senior Director to lead our Enterprise customer success team. You will be a key leader who will build our Enterprise team and infrastructure to enable growth for our customers and ourselves.

  • Provide direct leadership and guidance to the Customer Success Managers supporting our Enterprise customers in North America.

  • Influence cross-functional business units to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a CS leadership role at a high growth tech SaaS company.
  • 15+ of experience in Customer Success within the MarTech/ AdTech/ Mobile field (preferred).
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, and ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Previous experience recruiting and scaling a team at a growth company.

We are hiring a Business Operations Manager whose goal will be to scale our sales processes and build analytical insights into our Discovery business. You’ll own metric definitions and execution, key operating cadences around forecasting, and bookings/revenue reconciliation for this business unit within Branch. Collaboratively as a key business partner for the Discovery leadership team, you will define the optimal way to predictably scale our sales efforts in this business. A core part of this role will be to develop and scale the operational foundation and systems to drive the success of our Discovery business, reporting directly to the VP, Global Revenue Operations.

As a Business Operations Manager, Discovery you’ll get to:

  • Review and analyze daily revenue trends for the global Discovery business, identifying anomalies, concerns and highlights to surface actionable insights to our GTM team.
  • Understand all the different sources of revenue reporting (Branch systems, client reports, 3p aggregate reports), own the timeline and optimization of the delivery of those reports and dashboards to reconcile internal and external data resulting in a consistent view of revenue across GTM, Finance, and from Bookings through to GAAP Revenue.
  • Set quarterly sales goals, and understand the levers that can be pulled to drive success against these targets.
    Partner with Advertising Ops and Account Management to build forecasting and customer growth processes and feedback loops to optimize revenue across our new and existing Discovery customers.
  • Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including but not limited to territory management, headcount and capacity management, account and opportunity management, and rules of engagement decisions.
  • Act as a business partner with GTM leadership to solve sales process pain points and implement solutions that reduce friction and increase predictability.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies.
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and requirements.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • Strong quantitative skills and are highly data fluent – you’re able to develop and communicate penetrating insights that inform how we organize and scale our sales org. You are experienced and comfortable using SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Looker.
  • Knowledge of the mobile ads business – You know and how revenue is generated and reported on in this business model, and what drives success.
  • Natural and independent problem solving skills – you’re highly skilled at understanding and solving problems and are comfortable with ambiguous problems with no easy answer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills –  you’re able to effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and policies to sales leadership & sales reps.
  • Experience in predictive modeling – you’re able to understand, develop and refine business models that drive predictability and inform our decision making.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce in a power user capacity.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or sales analytics role, preferably at technology companies that have grown from a small sales team (~10) to a medium sized one (~100) ; or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; business, finance, economics, or engineering focus is a plus

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will work with some of our Enterprise customers to implement our technology into their marketing technology stacks.
