The Head of Marketing will manage the planning and execution of the company’s B2B marketing strategy, with a focus on increasing awareness, refining market positioning, and generating demand. Building on what we’ve created so far, you’ll develop and refine our go-to-market strategy, inclusive of overall goals, targets/personas, product positioning, messaging, and sales narrative. Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B marketing, spanning product marketing, content marketing, branding and PR, demand generation, events / tradeshow planning, etc.
  • Leverage customer and market insights, buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, and competitive analysis to articulate Catalate’s value propositions and differentiate our product and solutions
  • Owning the department’s budget, develop and execute marketing initiatives to well-defined audiences to drive brand awareness and lead generation through the appropriate channels (social media, website, email, print ads, and digital ads)
  • Develop and disseminate enablement materials to support the sales process, including content and tools that educate our potential customers on our company and product, and lead team trainings
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and identify opportunities to improve and optimize campaign execution strategies
  • Produce and manage content production for our industry facing blog, relevant industry publications, case studies, webinars, white papers, and sales collateral
  • Work with and manage a group of marketing consultants across email, SEM, content, PR, and design

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role managing a team
  • Versatile marketer with a strong marketing foundation and experience across all aspects of marketing including product marketing, strategic planning, branding, positioning, messaging, campaigns and programs, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator – you thrive in building alignment, developing shared goals and strategy, and using data to measure progress towards your goals

About the Role
Catalate is looking for a Product Designer that will lead the direction of the user- experiences we offer across our consumer facing and B2B suite of products.
The ideal candidate will identify as a design generalist. While the primary focus will be on UX and usability, we’re looking for someone with solid visual design competence as well. This role will likely split time between managing our design pipeline, running user interviews, creating polished UI designs and completing one-off visual design jobs that other teams may need.
We’re looking for someone with experience in all phases of the design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. Due to Catalate’s work both in B2B and B2C, you’ll be effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the direction of Catalate’s design future. Own our Style Guides and Brand Guides.
  • Design eye catching visual interfaces within the constraints of a style guide.
  • Evaluate design ideas through usability testing with users.
  • Split time between the design work for the product pipeline, running user interviews and completing one-off visual design jobs that other teams may need.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from developers.
  • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.

The Role As a part-time Partner Analytics intern, you’ll join a small team that uses data to identify business opportunities and increase revenue.   • Maintain and improve reporting efforts to share data with the Partner Sales team and our resort partners

  • Design and create dashboards for internal and external use
  • Support the creation and analysis of variably-priced inventory for our partners
  • Help monitor and improve our dynamic pricing engine to maximize revenue
