The Role

Travel Experts will be just that, know everything there is to know about travel and come with solid experience in a targeted bookings environment.

Taking a sales through service approach the role will guide our customers to book the travel products they love, whether it be an experience, hotel or one of our newly created amazing trips. The Travel Expert will build solid rapport with the customer making them feel at ease when booking and create long term relationships to build customer retention.

A dual role customer service will be as important as sales, and the candidate should be willing, experienced and prepared to work across all aspects of the customer journey, from booking enquiry, sale, pre departure queries to live trip queries and customer retention. You will always have a can do attitude, and willingness to solve constantly for our community of culture trippers.

  • Come from a travel agent background whether in house or at an agency
  • Have a range of experience across trips, holidays & ancillary products (Exp & PTS)
  • Be willing and confident to perform in and outbound sales calls
  • Worked in a trips based environment dealing with incidents
  • Comfortable escalating information & queries where needed
  • Worked with travel booking systems such as TravelBox, TravelStudio, Dolphin etc
