Equitable is looking for someone that can support business analysis efforts – including requirements gathering, documentation, testing and implementation planning for projects related to GR SalesForce  CRM and other GR Sales & Relationship team technology needs. Overall, this role will need a basic understanding of the wholesaling distribution model for Group Retirement Plans – enough to be able to translate sales team related business requests into detailed business requirements for CRM builds/enhancements/issue resolution
This position will be part of the GR Sales Operations Team supporting Group Retirement business lines – 401(k), 403(b) and 457. The role is tasked with coordinating and validating changes, enhancements and core functionality with enterprise partners across Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Product, Service, Compliance and Technology teams. Additionally, this position will support Problem Resolution and general maintenance for the CRM and other technical capabilities needed to conduct business, including supporting technical requirements and testing as needed for recordkeeping and commission feeds to broker dealers who sell Equitable products. This position will also provide the incumbent with the opportunity to wear many different hats as it relates to managing strategic projects and initiatives.

The responsibilities of the applicant could vary and can expand depending on the qualifications of the person in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Day to day functional and problem resolution support of the CRM platform including Sales Data, Opportunity/Prospect Tracking & Reporting capabilities, Territory Management and CRM Reporting functions
2.  Day to day functional and problem resolution support of the Group Retirement Performance center platform
a.    Responsibilities include and are not limited to Portfolio Builder and Analyzer Report, data & collateral coordination with Product development and Morningstar for the Financial Professional and Prospect/Client audiences
b.    QC and maintenance of overall fund list database, ensuring funds available on Performance Center are current with funds offered in GR mutual fund based product; manage approx. 6 to 8 specific fund lists of approx. 30 funds each – to ensure current with Fiduciary service offerings (Wilshire, SWBC)
3.  Write business requirements for IT teams to use for new builds or enhancements, work in Agile environment with dedicated IT partners to implement and perform final UAT checkout when work effort completed. A general understanding of Group retirement plans (401k, 403b, 457) is needed, in order to translate & communicate the business sales & relationship teams needs into IT technical requirements
4.  Provide CRM data support coordinating data related initiatives with the Data Analytics Organization and other enterprise partners
5.  Manage Wholesaler productivity toolset and their integrations with the CRM including Performance Center, Campaign Management, Quote Engine and Phone system.
6.  Wholesaler Technology Equipment Training and support of PC hardware and mobile devices

 Qualifications

Cross-functional Collaboration: Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.

Data Gathering and Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.

Other Qualifications:       
•  Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred
•  2+ Years of Advanced Salesforce or similar CRM experience ; Current with CRM technological trends and advances
•  Computer Knowledge: PC, Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook, Apple mobile devices/iOS
•  Exceptional capacity for quantitative and qualitative analysis
•  Fundamental knowledge of systems design and methodology
•  Experience and familiarity working in an Agile Project Management methodology environment

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Corporate Securities Attorney. This attorney will be part of the Corporate Practice Group within the Legal Department and will primarily advise on matters relating to securities and capital markets transactions, public company reporting, and corporate governance. The primary client business groups will include Accounting, SEC Reporting, Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Communications. You must be willing to take on new challenges and looking to build a career within one of the leading U.S. financial services companies.

• Assist in the preparation of ’34 Act filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, beneficial ownership and Section 16 filings;
• Assist in the preparation of ’33 Act filings in connection with both equity and debt offerings;
• Ensure the company’s compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and NYSE listing rules and requirements;
• Ensure insider securities transaction compliance with applicable law and company policies and draft 10b5-1 plans as needed;
• Support the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications functions by drafting and reviewing press releases, earnings releases, investor presentations and other materials, advising on Regulation FD, Regulation G and counseling on other analyst, media and communication matters;
• Support the company’s treasury function, with a focus on capital markets financing transactions;
• Support other corporate transactions, including M&A and strategic transactions, and other corporate matters as needed;
• Collaborate with Law Department colleagues on assigned cross-functional initiatives and projects as required.

This position can be located in either New York, NY or Charlotte, NC locations, position may be considered for 100% remote
