Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Build processes that support the growth of the company by simplifying, streamlining, and automating business operations—whether within a team or across multiple teams
  • Work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the platform is configured and operates as an effective and efficient system
  • Utilize your knowledge and understanding of operational processes (physical tasks) to recommend changes—simple or complex—to the ERP systems to drive accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform hands-on work in configuration, scripting, programming, and report writing to support data analysis needs/requests of any team within the company
  • Create processes to efficiently and effectively onboard new EDI-based trading partners; create processes to convert EDI partners to API trading partners
  • Update and maintain connections and setup for existing trading partners
  • Work with all functional areas of the company to ensure seamless information flow and timely issue resolution to maximize business performance
  • Understand existing and potential limitations as well as opportunities in the company’s operating procedures
  • Seek out and drive improvements in information flows and integrations and review with all affected teams
  • Develop work instructions and best practices and provide training to functional users
  • Assist in managing IT vendors/consultants
  • Specify and implement related IT hardware and software (e.g., barcode label printers, RF guns, laser printers or thin clients) to effect the implementation of new processes
  • Ensure controlled access and integrity of data in our ERP/EDI and other integrated systems

Essential Functions    

  • Able to breakdown complex processes and systems in a digestible way
  • Proven and demonstrated data analysis skills using tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Access, BI and/or SQL relational databases; ability to create and maintain high quality business reports and charts
  • Experience with Oracle databases a plus
  •   Experience with Crystal Reports a major plus
  •  High aptitude for analyzing complex problems, identifying issues at the root level, and developing solution recommendations

Position Summary:

Successful Account Specialist enjoy the challenges of fostering accounts from initial contact through order, production, shipping & beyond with a sense of urgency and a high standard of care and attention to detail.   • Deliver a great experience while providing support via Phone, Email & Online Chat
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries for information such as ship dates or other questions
  • Track packages for call-ins. Initiate tracers with carriers
  • Quote pricing, shipping and freight charges for customers and sales reps. Maintain price schedules for accounts, edit approval on new and or existing accounts
  • Interface with sales, technical support, purchasing, and logistics in an effort to solve order issues.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, & logistics to ensure proper service delivery, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Deliver value to the company through conversion, retention, and cross selling of our products
  • Make changes to or cancel orders/backorders

Position Summary: Successful Profile Technicians enjoy the challenges of working in a fast paced, team oriented environment while safely completing the processes associated with manufacturing order specific profiles beginning with our raw materials, handling quality checks and then packaging the finished product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines.
  • Successful and timely completion of line/equipment starts up
  • Ability to operate the profile and compound lines in accordance with established procedures.
  • Capability to perform color and tool changeovers
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality specifications to successfully complete frequent quality checks
  • Ability to accurately compare color and pattern of products to quality control standards.
  • Complete adjustments to production lines in order to maintain adherence to customer specification, quality standards, and productivity of lines including both equipment and process adjustments.
  • Maintains equipment by performing daily and weekly PM’s.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as repairs and replacement of parts
  • Basic maintenance such as inspection, care and cleaning of equipment
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects/teams
  • Complete and accurate documentation of production, scrap, run conditions, and other key data
  • Ability to learn and use a computer at a basic level
  • Forklift operation
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
  • Packing, banding and wrapping finished product
  • Maintain a clean orderly work environment

  • Read Work Orders and set up area with required packaging materials
  • Record scrap data (scrap piece count and scrap reasons) and communicate to OPS team
  • Recognize all profile quality defects and take appropriate action
  • Accurately count package finished goods in accordance with packaging guidelines

  • Accurately document production data
  • Able to operate the following equipment in the production area: Miter saw, automatic pallet wrapper, and heat shrink unit
  • Observe safety and security procedures reports potentially unsafe conditions

  • Maintain a clean orderly work environment by organizing, sweeping, empting trash receptacles, and following 5S
  • Actively participate in shift exchange by giving receive critical information
