Clark Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established GI practice in Winchester, Kentucky.  The incoming provider will see patients in the clinic and in the hospital. No call coverage required.  Schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. This is a great opportunity for an APP with some GI experience to join a busy practice in a growing community near Lexington!

Medical Office Specialist at LifePoint Health® Job Description

This position is one of the most important functions in the facility and usually the first point of contact with the patient either personally or by telephone.  The position acts as the patient greeter, provides information to the patient and begins the registration process.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures that all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Distributes and explains forms, documents, and educational handouts to patients or family members.
  • Verifies insurance benefits and obtains precertification/authorization as necessary. Determines and accepts required payments, including co-pays and deductibles, or refers to financial counselors for follow up.
  • Schedule appointments per established policies and procedures.
  • Answer all incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Work closely with nurses and providers to assure smooth patient flow.
  • Follow up on “no show” patients on daily basis.
  • Expected to attend monthly staff meetings and required to complete any assigned courses related to position.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.

Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Experience: Prefer at least two (2) years’ experience in a medical office setting.

LifePoint Health- Health Support Center

The Sr. Director, Information Services Projects is responsible for partnering with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to delivery. The incumbent, as part of this role, may also be responsible for up to 10 direct reports including  Manager, Technical Projects and other related IT project management staff. This position is based in Brentwood, TN and not eligible for remote status.

  • Manage multiple projects, tasks, and teams under deadlines and with short notice using strong project management skills including practical usage of project plans and status reporting, budget and manage time and resource tracking, and with the ability to assist with vendor management.
  • Create, maintain, and manage project implementation and work plan documents including project charters and scope statement, project plans, project Gantt charts, team structure and roles/responsibilities, governance plans, and kickoff meeting materials using project management.

Senior Analyst at LifePoint Health® Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Analyst, UKG Workforce Central, is a key member of the IT HR/Payroll Systems team and is responsible for maintaining the UKG Workforce Central environments and configuration life cycle, including needs analysis, documentation, programming, troubleshooting, testing, and upgrading the Kronos system.  As part of the team, this role shares on-call responsibilities and answers support-types of questions and problems with other team members.

This position is based in Brentwood, TN and is eligible for remote status within the Continental US.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

 To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Implements, upgrades, troubleshoots and supports UKG Timekeeping application and ancillary modules if applicable.
  • Design, code, configure, test, debug, modify and document systems and applications (Kronos 8.1+ or the most current version,) including, but not limited to, Labor Level Sets, Rounding and Punch interpretation rules, pay code distribution tables, Zones, Pay rules and Work rules, Pay codes, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager), Hyperfinds, Genies, advanced Building Blocks, and WDM (Workforce Device Manager).
  • Collaborate with business owners on the design, creation, testing, troubleshooting, and modification of reports and/or data extracts from UKG Workforce database tables using SQL, WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) or similar report-writing tool.  RDL experience is desired.
  • As a part of our team, this individual will troubleshoot and resolve reported system and application problems in the test and production environments.
  • Responsible as part of the team for system testing of releases and upgrades to ensure compliance with union contracts, federal, state and local laws, to include software patches and upgrades as required.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to adapt to new demands; re-prioritize workload and address current demands quickly.
  • Highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Create/modify interfaces and/or extracts using Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Management).
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with Kronos database tables.
  • Report creation experience (design, write, and troubleshoot) is a must.
  • HR/Payroll functional / workflow experience is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Not responsible for supervising employee, however as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) this individual may serve in a team lead role responsible for various projects.
