Position Summary

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will work closely with the manufacturing and finance teams within the organization to support master data setups, vendor setups and payments, and miscellaneous material accounting functions. In addition to managing accounts payable (AP) and master data, you will learn to assist in processing payroll for the factory. Day to day, you will collaborate with the accounting team to identify and resolve accounting errors and coordinate with our vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our inventory and purchasing processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand, investigate and resolve all discrepancies with invoices and accounts payables
  • Address errors and verify accuracy of purchase orders from the purchasing department to ensure proper inventory levels and payments are processed
  • Perform period-end activities including accruals, purchase order tracking, reporting and other activities needed to close the books
  • Support pay period payroll functions and related analysis, including review and reconciliation of new hires, terminations, salary changes, promotions, time tracking, manual checks, deductions and bonus payouts
  • Assist in reconciling general ledger journal entries each pay period as well as perform continuous analysis of payroll processing including variances from prior pay periods, accurate punches, audit of punches and ensuring appropriate approvals
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products and enterprise resource planning software to perform daily accounting functions

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

OR

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting and 1+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

This position has a minimum salary of $48,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Position Summary

The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures that all recruiting programs are aligned with business priorities to hire the best talent and build a robust talent network for the largest food company in the world. You’ll develop solid relationships with business leaders and HR partners to drive an innovative recruiting strategy. This position will be based in Arlington, Virginia or Solon, Ohio and will work a hybrid schedule – 1-2 days in office and 3-4 days from home. This role will heavily support recruiting for both IT and Technology client groups.

Responsibilities: 

•    Partner with functional leadership to set and implement recruiting strategies and talent sourcing programs to meet business and operational needs for a complex organization.
•    Lead full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance and influence key partners on candidate selection and total rewards.
•    Work as a trusted partner to the business on external market trends to include supply and demand, identify key talent and understand core components of compensation.
•    Conduct in-depth intake meetings with the business and their teams to ensure alignment on position, candidate profile, and establish clarity on roles and responsibilities.
•    Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for business groups such as direct sourcing, database mining, networking, cold-calling, industry events, external research and social marketing.
•    Identify key behavioral and technical proficiencies that drive success, share recruitment sourcing strategy, and set expectations around process and timeline.
•    Partner with Recruitment Marketing team to incorporate employer branding and social media tactics into talent sourcing plans and coordinate targeted outreach events.
•    Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
•    Conduct reoccurring meetings with hiring managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and ensure agility throughout the process.
•  Perform additional recruiting responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager.

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field.
•    4+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting required, preferably for Technology/IT roles.
•    Ability to apply a consultancy approach, challenge processes when needed, while also effectively handling expectations of business partners and candidates alike.
•    Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs by assembling key sourcing intelligence, converting passive candidates and utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
•    An experienced level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components such as talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management.
•    Experience using technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to, applicant tracking systems, sourcing channels, social and digital media.

Position Summary

Located in Mcdonough, GA,  the Sr. Network Engineer is the subject matter expert and single point of contact for the overall IT function, including all warehouse automation and office IT infrastructure (workstations, servers, printers, networks, phones, mobile devices, etc.) and software used at the location.

Although routine and general infrastructure support may be provided by corporate IS/IT through the Nestlé Service Desk, this role maintains overall responsibility for the successful operations at the assigned location and coordinates with corporate IS/IT on issues that fall outside the normal process and for escalations through the Service Desk.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Automation Systems Support
  • Understanding of the existing process control infrastructure, configuration, requirements, networks, level of warehouse automation, etc.
  • Understanding of the facility controls & IT criteria, standards, and Nestle guidelines.
  • Assist/Support/Coordinate implementations of key initiatives like automation network communications, business continuity plans, IT compliance, etc
  • Lead IT implementations/migrations and serve as the automation network administrator for the facility.
  • Manage FactoryTalk directory, security and license server to control access to automation network
  • Manage external (vendor) network access control
  • Update and maintain secure firewall for FAS DMZ in compliance with Nestle IT security protocol.
  • Install/Update/Patch Operating Systems on Admin and Automation PC’s and Servers
  • Manages peripheral systems supporting the computer room operating environment.
  • Ensure end users are trained on all relevant systems and ongoing training needs are assessed and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Perform PC workstation deployment, upgrades, re-imaging, and break/fix support.
  • Maintain equipment inventories, including a quarterly physical inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Coordinate purchasing and installation activities for PC, Printer, Server and other infrastructure related solutions
  • Maintain documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for facility technology systems.
  • Provide project management and leadership for corporate IS/IT top-down projects, acting as a single point of contact for rollout of new and upgraded systems.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, OR equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a system administrator in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, MS Office, and MS Exchange/Outlook and a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting workstation issues.
  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting PC laptop and desktop hardware.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience supporting MS Access databases.
Experience working with industrial engineering or manufacturing environment.
Experience with project management in a large-scale environment.
Experience with budget planning.

Preferred-

  • Certified Network Engineer (CNE), Certified Network Administrator (CNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or A+ credentials preferred
  • 2+ years of hands on network administration experience, preferably with Cisco-based infrastructure.
