The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for greeting and assisting all resort colleagues, applicants and visitors along with maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office.
Organizational skills and computer proficiency communication skills are necessary. They will also handle special projects, maintain the office environment and provide support for a variety of office administrative functions including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining files and providing support for the employment process.

Corporate Communications Manager at Park South Hotel Job Description

This person will engage their team and colleagues to implement and support communication strategies that build our reputation as a forward-looking, strong corporation, an innovative tech company and an employer of choice. They will regularly interact with leadership and other internal partners to drive compelling and relevant storytelling that builds connections to overall company strategy, mission, purpose, and values.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement public relations and communications plans as you talk to business press; ensure Expedia Group maintains a strong and positive position in the travel and employer space
  • Develop compelling story angles and pitches related to company products, strategies and developments
  • Support communications leadership in the development and implementation of strategic corporate communications plans
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with members of the media, including serving as a spokesperson for online, print, radio and television interviews
  • Research, write and/or take primary responsibility for the content and production of press releases, fact sheets and background materials

Who you are:

  • PR experience in an agency environment or agency/corporate environment mix
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills – including the ability to represent Expedia Group’s business at the highest levels internally and externally
  • Media spokesperson experience required along with media relations experience required; journalist references appreciated
  • Strong grasp of best practices integrating owned digital and social assets with earned media and speaking engagements
  • Strong experience required in leadership roles in the ecommerce or travel industry, particularly in highly creative and dynamic environments, with a demonstrated record of results
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize work, meet deadlines and problem-solving skills
  • Experience dealing with corporate-level issues management preferred.
  • 8+ years PR experience in a corporate or PR firm environment; technology, consumer product, and/or travel experience preferred. Experience looking after corporate-level issues management preferred
