JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a reliable person to be responsible for ordering, receiving and promptly distributing all supplies throughout assigned facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Counts, sorts, and tracks incoming items to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice.
Monitor all Medicare B resident supplies, reorder and setup new admissions and forward any order changes to the supplier.
Compile reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, spoilage of or damage to stock, location changes and refusal of shipments.
Receive deliveries and deliver to appropriate department(s) keeping a record of items distributed.
Conduct routine weekly inventory checks and replenishes stock.
Provides invoices to the Business Office in a timely manner.
Fill requisitions, as approved, and file in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure various departments/residents are properly charged with supplies they have received.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Sitting for short periods of time.
Ability to push and pull a variety of carts and material handling equipment.
Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, bend, stretch and reach frequently.
Must be able to make substantial movements of the wrists, hands and fingers.
Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment.
Visual and aural acuity to record, prepare, and communicate reports through written and verbal means.
Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs. in order to frequently move objects.
Work may be performed in an office, patient care areas, as well as a stockroom/supply room environment.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
High school diploma/GED.
One year experience in central supply and/or inventory.
Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered in meeting the minimum qualifications.
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENT(S)
Obtain/maintain Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Card at employee’s expense.

As a ADON Coordinator, your job duties include the assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient care at a residential or long-term care facility. You collect information and data and use it to create reports on patient health care at the facility.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide “on call” services to nursing staff per schedule determined by Administrator.
While “on call” be available via telephone at all times and be able to report to facility within thirty (30) minutes if necessary.
Be knowledgeable regarding state/federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
Perform audits and intervene as necessary to maintain departmental compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies and procedures.
Demonstrate the ability to assess the full scope of patient needs, using the nursing process on a continuous basis.
Provide a safe environment for residents, visitors and employees through identifying, correcting and reporting health and safety concerns.
Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
Participate in the quality management program and attend all meetings.
Assist the Director of Nursing in formulating and implementing improvement plans based off of review of facility Quality Indicators.
Assist the Director of Nursing in the recruitment, retention, and training of licensed nursing staff.
Assist the Director of Nursing in providing twelve (12) hours of educational in-service to the department annually.
Identify areas of poor performance in licensed nursing staff and provide education and disciplinary action as necessary.

Daycare Teacher at The Lingenfelter Center Job Description
Our daycare team is seeking a compassionate, reliable, experienced Daycare Teacher to join our fun and energetic childcare facility. In this role, you will see to the children’s basic needs, provide an enriching learning environment, and create a safe, compassionate “home-away-from home” for our little ones. To succeed in this position, you should be patient, enthusiastic, and fun-loving, with a passion for child development and care. Our facility is small but might so strong teamwork skills are a must. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide responsible care for children
Treat all children with care and compassion
Uphold all safety standards
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly classroom
Maintain a professional attitude, respecting family privacy at all times
Provide a positive meal time for the children while encourage them to try new things
Assist with coordinating enriching educational activities
Lead songs and learning exercises
Provide structure and accountability in a compassionate fashion
Help children with toileting/diaper changes as needed
Engage with the children in educational, age-appropriate activities
Encourage children to participate in all activities
Help children learn to be “helpers” in the classroom, as appropriate
Contact parents as needed to address challenges
Remain in constant contact with families of children and provide updates on the child’s day at pick up.
Provide many opportunities for children to learn and develop age-appropriate skills
Complete cleaning tasks to ensure the classroom is sanitized.
Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with Federal, State, and County statutes.
Requirements and Qualifications
18 years of age or older
6 months of child care experience and:
High school diploma or GED; or
At least 12 credit hours from an accredited college or university including at least 6 credit hours in early childhood, child development, or a closely-related field; or
N.A.C., C.D.A., or C.C.P. credential
Current Food Handler’s, CPR and First Aid certifications required
Obtain and maintain AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance card
Current Tuberculosis test required
Obtain COVID vaccination by 12/6/2021
Certification in early childcare or degree in childhood development preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional childcare setting
Exceptional patience and ability to remain calm at all times
Excellent listening skills and an engaging demeanor
Solid working knowledge of childhood development
Creativity, compassion, and professionalism are a must
Fun and enthusiastic attitude
Willing to sing, dance, and “be silly” with the children
Physically able to perform tasks, including sitting on the floor, bending, and standing
Must be able to lift children weighing up to 30 lbs regularly
Exposure to a variety of childhood conditions and elements common with a childcare facility.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Excellent communication skills
Work and cooperate as part of a team
