WWC Global is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with assessment and analysis work to improve financial planning, execution, reporting and analysis across all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution cycle.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review, apply lines of accounting, and create Purchase Orders within the appropriate financial systems
- Retrieve documents, review for fiscal validity, and communicate necessary to clarifications and/or corrections
- Analyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactions
- Create, maintain, and track financial spend plans and contract financial data
- Research and investigate unpaid balances

International Elections Project Coordinator at WWC Global Job Description
WWC Global is seeking an International Elections Project Coordinator to support the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Democratic Elections and Political Processes (DEPP) team in the Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG) Center. The position will support the DEPP team in carrying out a new Defending Democratic Elections Initiative, which aims to mobilize new international partnerships to strategically tackle under-addressed and emerging global threats to electoral integrity. This initiative will establish a platform for strengthening cooperation and advancing electoral integrity norms and guidelines, and establish a fund to help foster solutions that address threats and barriers to elections and political processes such as electoral cybersecurity; electoral manipulation; electoral violence; illicit political financing or other forms of corruption; and election-related disinformation. The selected candidate may work remotely to conduct this work, with the exception of potential in-person event(s) that may be held as part of the Initiative.
This is potentially a short-term consultancy with an anticipated period of performance of approximately twelve months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the DEPP team to organize and conduct a series of online and potentially in-person consultations and engagements among key global electoral integrity actors, including select international development agencies, intergovernmental organizations, international NGOs, and global networks, among others. These engagements will involve co-creating the initial governance structure, strategy, and priorities for a first-of-its-kind platform for advancing global electoral integrity norms and guidelines.
- Gathering input from the DEPP team, developing engagement concept notes, agendas, session facilitation notes, invitations, talking points, and other meeting-related content.
- Effectively and diplomatically engaging with a wide range of US government officials, foreign development agency officials, intergovernmental organization representatives, think tanks, and international NGO representatives.
- Drafting internal USG and external communication materials (including talking points, briefing papers, fact sheets, and website and social media content) related to Defending Democratic Elections Initiative.
- Working with DEPP team to manage operational aspects of meetings, including liaising with vendors, drafting participant lists and invitations and tracking RSVPs, and selecting the tech platform for online meetings or venues.
- Liaising with moderators and speakers on their roles and participation in the engagements.
- Supporting the DEPP team to develop or refine timelines, workplans and M&E plans to implement the Defending Democratic Elections Initiative and tracking milestones and collecting indicators as needed.
- Carrying out other duties related to supporting the Defending Democratic Elections Initiative, as assigned.

Training and Communications Lead at WWC Global Job Description
WWC Global is seeking a Training and Communications Lead to support a potential contract with the US Coast Guard CG4 Division. The responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the training and communications initiative for the implementation of the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) across various USCG sites.
- Supporting the basic data collection and analysis to research, design, development, integration, integrate and implement a comprehensive support equipment management program.
- Supporting design and the delivery of an alternative USCG support equipment management program to comprehensively identify and address material weaknesses.
- Collaborating with USCG Technical Authorities to develop and implement a definitive course of action to establish a comprehensive support equipment management program.
This position may not exceed 40 hours per week without advanced permission, and may not exceed 1500 in the contract year. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel within United State.
- 3+ years experience developing and/or reviewing business processes for improvement.
- Direct Experience conducting training, including coordination of training requirements (funding, scheduling, determining training methods).
- Experience drafting instruction guides/manuals.
- Must be comfortable developing/delivering briefings or trainings to senior leaders.
- Availability Required: ASAP.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
- This position supports a U.S. Government contract; per the Executive Order 14042 issued on September 9, 2021, personnel must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to fill this role.
