THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and ambitious Sr. Ops Manager to help turn the NYC ops team into a global benchmark for efficiency, productivity, and culture. The NYC Ops team at Zoomo has quickly become one of the most important parts of the global organization, and leading it will be a challenge that is equally energizing, hard, impactful, and rewarding.
We need the person in this role who lives and breathes operations, is at home both in a spreadsheet and on the warehouse floor, and takes personally the responsibility to lead and develop a team. No job for our customers is too big or too small – whether working as a strategic sounding board for the Head of Operations, developing a performance management system, or moving bikes in our warehouse to improve a process flow. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of Zoomo’s exponential growth in North America.
You will apply your experience in team management, logistics, process development and optimization to establish Zoomo NYC as a global center of excellence: driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement to improve both the customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own city-level KPIs for customer experience, including uptime and bike availability.
- Own site level KPIs for productivity, quality, cost, and safety.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that meet business objectives.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve processes, including inventory management, tooling, logistics, and staffing.
- Manage and develop the front line team of site managers, mechanics, technicians, and field logisticians.
- Level up culture of 5S across flagship NYC facility.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years operational experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator, to support the US P&C Business Partner and the broader P&C team. This position will be preferably based out of the Los Angeles, San Fransisco or NYC area.

THE ROLE
At Zoomo Bikes we seek people who are fun, energetic, customer friendly and hard working. We’re looking for a customer obsessed problem solver. The Front of House role is exceptionally important; you’re the face of Zoomo directly representing Zoomo to customers. You are a salesperson with a love of bikes and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals by selling our products to riders
- Our data is important! Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Continuously looking on how to improve processes and procedures within the store
- Ensure our riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience
- Walk riders through the on-boarding process and all safety requirements
- Help existing riders troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikes
- Stay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect riders
- Provide accurate information to customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Cross-sell products
- Be our customers’ biggest advocate, making sure you provide an excellent customer experience to the Zoomo rider.

Requirements
